There will be plenty of games and prizes and our annual raffle drawing.
We will also be raffling off the winner for the 65 inch Ultra High Def Flat Screen TV.

The Dock Party will Start at 2PM, Dinner being served around 4PM and the Raffle will be at 6PM.

We recommend you mail your Dock Party information return slips as soon as possible to:

Slip the information under the door of the Commodore at the Boat Club building.

This is extremely important this year as we are trying to keep our costs down. As in the past, we are asking anyone and everyone to donate a salad or dessert to make this again a great event.

RE:    VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO HELP SET UP, CLEAN UP, ETC.

We could use 8 to 10 Volunteers to help set up and peel corn, etc. beginning around 11AM.
If you are willing to volunteer, meet us at the Boat Club building. As always we will be asking for Members to hang around to help with clean up and putting away of chairs, tables, food, sweeping of floors, clean kitchen, etc. We can no longer do this all on our own.

I am looking forward to seeing all of you and your guests again this year. Lets get together for one last nice gathering event for our club before the season ends.

Thank you for your cooperation in the above matters,

Mike Hill
