RE: GATE KEY LOCK BOX
For those of you who do not attend our WRBC meetings, the Mayor of Whiting has given us permission to stay parked either with a trailer or not in our Whiting Park Whihala parking area 7AM until 10PM. Normally, the gates will be opened early by the Whiting Police Department.
We have purchased a key lock box that will be attached in the near future to the 117th Street, Whiting Park Gate. We have to be vigilant about keeping this lock box secure.
When you use this access, YOU MUST BE SURE TO LOCK THE GATE AND BOX BEHIND YOU.
This has been a long time coming, so please do not mess this up. It will only take a couple of mistakes to get this privilege taken away.

RE: LAUNCHING AT WHIHALA PIER
Just a brief update, the Whihala Launch & Harbor are open now for launching any boat 18 foot or under and jet skis to the main lake. You will need to keep to the far left along the rock wall. Please go slow and stay alert, as the depth is around 3 feet.

RE: MEMBERSHIP DUES DEADLINE JULY 31, 2026
This is a reminder to any member who currently wants to stay active in our club. YOU HAVE TILL THE END OF JULY TO PAY YOUR DUES. We need every member to keep this club strong. If you haven't paid your dues yet, please be sure to submit your payment ASAP to Bob Mehok or mail to the WRBC, P.O. Box 749, Whiting, IN 46394.
